Sonya's Sad
Anyway, out of sight does NOT mean out of mind my friends! I wanted to Thank all of you for giving us the opportunity to help you with your fitness goals and dreams. I don’t take that task lightly, and I hope that some of you left this competition with a smile on your face and lighter in mind and in body…and with some tools to continue on and reach whatever goal it was that you set for yourself. Many of you worked so hard and it truly makes me want to be better to help you more.
Now, mushy crap aside, you’ve had a few days off (for some of you), and a break is okay once in awhile. HOWEVER, you worked long and hard for eight weeks and quitting now and getting lazy again is NOT an option. I am giving you a suggestion on how to begin again, without the “Sonya is watching you” accountability.
Get out your very first three weeks of personal training sheets, remember, the ones that started in the “Life fitness” area. Do strength training Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Get out your first cardio worksheet, and begin again, week one, week two, etc.
Start your food journals again, it works and you know it. Don’t quit on yourselves you guys. This is your health we’re talking about. You can be rich, you can be beautiful, etc, but if you don’t have your health, you are screwed.
I will send out more information next week on the Biggest Loser Maintenance Program for those that are interested.
Who loves ya’ll?
I do.
